Registration
Registration page was closed.
On the registration process, please be aware of the followings:
- The registration system accepts only one registration for one email address, since the email address will be used as the login account for the virtual conference website.
- If you accidentally close your web browser before completing payment by credit card (VISA or MASTER only), the registration system does not allow to restart the registration with the same email address nor to resume the payment.
- In this case, the virtual conference website will not accept the password for this registration.
- To resolve this, please contact <contact@accv2020.kyoto> with your registration number (it will take a couple of business days to process this). Or you can simply leave this pending registration as is, and finish your registration with another email address.

- Please note that your credit card will be charged by our official credit card service provider, the “Clear Members”
- The name “Clear Members/Zenryo” will appear on your credit card statement.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for any reason once you paid the registration fee, since the commission for canceling the executed transaction exceeds the deposit.
Payment Receipt
The payment receipt for registration will be available once the virtual conference website become ready.
